3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, approvals, access credentials, brand materials, images, and any other items needed to complete the project. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.
4. Client Content and Legal Rights
Clients are responsible for making sure they have the legal right to use all content, logos, images, videos, text, trademarks, and other materials they supply to HRM Creative Solutions. We are not liable for issues arising from unauthorized or unlicensed content provided by clients.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, images, and design elements, is owned by HRM Creative Solutions unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Project ownership, usage rights, and deliverable transfer terms are defined in the client proposal or agreement.
6. Payments
Unless your proposal states otherwise, projects follow these payment terms:
- A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the website or deliverable goes live.
- All payments are non-refundable once made.
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in delays, paused work, or suspension of services.
7. Revisions, Timelines, and Approvals
Each page includes one round of revisions after initial development. Additional revisions are charged at ₱2,500 per page.
Project timelines depend on scope, client feedback, content availability, third-party tools, and timely approvals. Delays in feedback or approvals may extend the timeline.
8. Third-Party Tools, Platforms, and Templates
We may use third-party tools, templates, plugins, hosting platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, email services, automation platforms, or licensed assets when building or supporting client projects. These tools are subject to their own terms, pricing, limitations, and availability.
9. No Guaranteed Results
We make reasonable efforts to deliver quality digital services. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, leads, sales, ad results, platform approvals, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
HRM Creative Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Where liability applies, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.
